Channel never closed

Does anyone know how to make a channel that can not be closed or know how to make it so a channel can't be closed.

You mean like the server log? Might be source-edited, to be honest.

Yeah like Server log but I want to change "trade-rook" to a Global channal where everyone can see and post in it.

goto Xml-Channels and u can change the options there

As far as I know you can't, is client-sided... But maybe you can't try opening again when the player close it?
