char not showing up on localhost/phpmyadmin

idk if i posted this in the right place, i just made my first sql server, the TFS mystic spirits 8.7, i loged in, made a char. now when i goto the localhost/phpadmin database it only shows the acct manager. doesnt show the char i made. ty for your help.

but website "localhost/phpmyadmin" is mysql
