Character ban Error

Can some one help me??

Fatal error: Call to undefined method OTS_Account::getBanTime() in C:\xampp\htdocs\characters.php on line 373


what need to do for fix this

Just drop that line in characters.php ;p

Drop all these 5 lines, error is caused by non-existing function in Account Class.
