Hey, got a buddy who got his account hacked / lost account. He sent a mail last night and haven't gotten any awnsers. He would love to get atleast his character back.
He thinks he used a random email, so how can he prove that its his account?

He was inactive for a long time, how someone got his account he is unsure off, he was been inactive for over 6 months, and someone was last online 7th of JAN. So no he is not an idiot who download a level 500kk instantly crack for shadowcores.

He got an awnser from Mark, and this proves how much knowledge you have, looks like he is getting his account back since he can (probbly) prove his old ip, and he has history on paypal.
