Character List Greyed Out?

So I solved my connecting issue, but I've never created a web page for accounts before. After I got my web page working and created an account and character, my characters are greyed out and I don't know how to actually create a working test character.

I'm using the tfs 1.0 for 10.31 which doesn't have an account manager so everything is foreign to me. It's been a few years since I've done anything like this lol.

Do not open 3306 in your router unless you know what you are doing. This is the port to access your database remotely and will create vulnerability.

I'm not bringing the server online, it's just for local testing and I've closed that port since I've got it working now. Thank you for the heads up though.

If you have a new problem, just create a new thread to avoid confusion.
You should also keep the original posts, this can help people with the same problem.
