Hello i just port forwarded my ot and players can log in (but only to the character list). all my fire wall is off and ive cheeked the ports and they are open. please help ;/

Try putting your No-IP in ip = "

Try putting your No-IP in ip = "

Or you could attempt running it off the root "127.0.0.1" I always ran my servers off of that, never had any port problems since its talking directly to my router
