Lua Characters losing condition after relog

Hi ppl, my GOD char is losing 'ghost' condition after relog, and also when I go to a swim area and relog, I lose the swim outfit condition and get the normal outfit, then it looks like I magically started walking over the sea, lmao. I already looked in login.lua but didnt find anything about condition there.
If anyone could help me, thankss in advice
