characters not saving in phpmyadmin

am new to this php thing, could any1 tell me or help me sort this out because i imported sql and all that and when i make char it still only shows just the account maker account on phpmyadmin, help plz

I bet you have the settings in config.lua set to sqlite. change that to mysql, and make sure your pw and database name is in there so it can access the data base
