Hey there,
I wanna script that will work with this way
asks for 10 meats, 20 hams, 10 bones and 200 gold to give you x storage, action script

doors asks for x storage, If is it then pass, if not then nothing happen and sends a message with you need to do x quest to pass.

I think you should take a look at Limos script NPC - Collecting items missions (https://otland.net/threads/collecting-items-missions.164797/)
Instead of NPC give reward, you could add "setPlayerStorageValue" and use that value to open the door.
