First get some information then post pictures like this one.

It's not normal depot, it's just the place where you can take items which you want to be transfered with your character (their new world character transfer system for 20 euros).

No one have said it's suppose to look good. It's not a new town or anything that you will use and run around in. See it as a rest-stop on the way to the new world.

Yeah, in that island is only a depot to transfer the items to the another world, and the npc that takes you to the world that you want.
