Cleaner in OTserv 0.6.3

Hello guys,

I have used OTserv for a few days, and I see that OTserv doesn't have cleaner.
I have tryed to implent it with a friend, but it didnt really worked. It was like: 22000 items from 40000 tiles cleared in 3000 secs~.
This isint right, does anyone know how to make it work for OTserv 0.6.3?
