Client 10 working good but on client 12 i cant loggin from other pc

Hello. I have problem. With client 10 all working good. I can play normal but when i make same ip in client 12 i can login only from pc where stay OTS. I cant loggin from outside... I get only character list and leter i see "estabillish connection". From outside with client 10 i can loggin normal. Maybe client 12 using other ports? i dont know whats is wrong. Sorry for my english ;/
