Alright, Hello everyone.
(1) So first of all, You need HxD. (Or any hex editor you're familiar with.)
(2) Place a shortcut of your hex editor to your desktop, (or how ever you want to do it.)
(3) Place your tibia.exe you're looking to your desktop.
MAKE SURE IT IS THE EXE FILE AND NOT THE SHORTCUT
(4) You open the tibia.exe with the hex editor.
Like so.
(5) Next, You press ( CTRL + F ) on your keyboard.
Type in "cfg" without the quotes.
(6) Now you've found "Tibia.cfg" This is the config file real tibia and normal clients load to get your hotkeys.
(7) Next up, You change "Tibia.cfg" Into "Basiq.cfg" (Or whatever is the same lenght as "Tibia"
The word has to be 5 letters.
(8) You now should press ( CTRL + S ) on your keyboard.
This will save the changes you've done.
This file will be appear in the same location you have your Tibia.exe placed.
You can delete it.
It is a backup file of the exe. If you edit the name and remove ".bak" It will turn back into the old unedited exe you had in the first place.
IF you did something wrong and the client is not working, SAVE THIS FILE.
(9) Now, You may now move your edited client back to your Tibia 8.6 folder.
(10) After your first launch of the client, You will have 0 hotkeys, You will have to do all your hotkeys once more, But then its done.
So by now, After the first time you opened the client, A new hotkey config file has been generated into your appdata Tibia folder. And it does not interact the "Tibia.cfg" that is the main config file for all clients, And you will have your own hotkey config done.
THIS WORKS FOR ALL TIBIA VERSIONS !
You're welcome.
