Client modification like Tibianic

I was just wondering how these guys did it. It isn't a modified otclient, but modified cipsoft client. It has some additional functions like automatic patcher, built in movie recorder and a couple of other cool stuff. Is this modified by injecting a custom .dll or what? Would it be possible to for example inject dll that would associate a certain sound effect with gfb or other animation and force client to play it?

Yes it is a .dll and it is also possible to play sounds.

Have you tried to do a dll based sound system? I'm struggling with tibiando, at the moment it plays only music by coords.
