I have not been mapping lately due to lack of motivation... Anyway here I am with abit of motivation and inspiriation.

I will try to update this thread as often as possible, but the purpose of this thread is to improve and showoff my mappings as it's pretty boring to just map without showing the results to anyone.
Meanwhile this thread is alive I hope to develop my skills and get some positive feedback telling me what I can do better. Anyway let's get started!

nice done men:P i rly like the shape of that cave :P or mountain, those holes are walkables? if yes where do they take you xD
 
Honestly, it seems that you just map something. And then see's what would fit. You don't really plan your mapping. I can see that by the first picture, you just made a shape, and then felt to make a mountain, and then randomly gets the idea of trolls.

I had trolls in my mind before I started mapping.. Of course I did get some ideas meanwhile mapping but what's so bad about that?

loool? dude when you plan something something goes wrong its better to start by a sht and then continue ... i think every mapper do that ... even you so don't be rude ...
 
I'm not rude, just giving the kid a piece of advice, as he's been up in my ass searching for advices before. (Now I'm getting rude).

You gave me an advice? I don't really see the 'advice' part of that sentence, do you? You are saying something about planing but nothing that I should think of.
I've been up in your ass for advices? Afair the only time I asked for an advice were when I needed a nature & gate boost. Also did I ask for any advices from you? No.

If anyone is intrested in why he is being such a pain, look up my visitor messages. He is clearly saying that he will annoy me, to bad hes failing :)

Looks nice mapping sometimes i map also unplanned it suprises me sometimes but sometimesif i map something it will never end like i wanted it! but looks very nice :)
