Okay lets see here... The proccessor is decent, you wont have any problem with it, however my concern lies in the ram.

If you are also gonna run a MYSQL server, an OS with GUI (unless you use bash ofcourse), and a webserver on that setup, i reccommend increasing the ram a bit.

With the current setup, taking into conideration MYSQL, Webserver and an OS with GUI, id say you will be able to take in around 50 players without lag, after that, its gonna start lagging a lil bit, and if you take on more than 100-150, its gonna start lagging badly.

War server
Oh
my bad sorry :D
if its war server 100 max

emmmm.... the real maps lags more than War Servers... atm i got one evryday 100+ online 100~140 and it always use more than 500mb of ram but my server got much scripts and c++ codes so thats can be a factor...

atm my pc got 8 gb of ram so i really recommend you to buy around 1gb~2gb or 4gb will be perfect.

Anyhow, back on topic.

If you plan on using real tibia map (which is HUGE), and host a war server, i doubt you will be able to host that many people, i think that even with only 1 player, a real tibia map will cause lag.
Not to mention that it will take forever to load unless you get a lil better processor.

Like people have suggested, try to upgrade your server to atleast 1GB of ram, 2gb or more is recommended however.

And if possible, get a new processor, preferably a dual or quad core one, that will reduce the time for map loading, as well as help against script/calculation lags.
