Its very easy to forward ports if you like I can show you how by teamviewer or something like that

192.168.1.1 (router's address) open port 80,3306,7171 (if i'm correct about those ports), also because your probably use DHCP you have to make a static ip-address and place that ip-address into your router, and you are good to go, if it isn't clear to you feel free to ask things

Did you try it with a portforwarding tutorial of your router? But moslty its just log in your router (with standard gateway adres), go to portforwarding and use your IPv4 adres and open 7171-7172 on both.
