Yes, I'm sure there are plenty of trustworthy people who will willingly sell their characters as they are with Equipment & Money, without purchasing another recovery key and stealing the account back. Believe me, I have tried...a lot of them wanted me to pay them, dispute the claim, and close the dispute so there is no possible way to refund any of the money back.

Sounds like a scam? This way is better I think, yet there are still risks involved.

Well you will still need to transfer money so a risk remains.

1000 dollar is an fair amount for several months of work (tibia is big xD).

I'm not familiar with the tracking thing and I don't have the time to do it else I would.

Being wealthy in-game means that you can track and basically continue without having to earn money in the process of doing so.

i think he means, that he himself is currently making a OT Real Map serv and tracking the map himself (and making postman scripts and such in the same time) so when he has completed the map for his project, he can sell you the map.
