It really depends on how hard the layout is and how complicated it is.
Normal layouts (business) costs about 10-20 euro.
More advanced layouts can cost up to 30 euro.
And complicated (3-5 hr of work) can cost up to 30-50 euro.

Now these prices are for Open-tibia layouts, if you have a company (big one) these prices can be 2-3x higher.

It really takes that long time to make a professional layout.
Real designers that have company sell layouts that are made in 2 house for more than 1000 euros to comapanies.
It's not often that people spend 5 hours to make a layout.. So it's really hard.. :/
