We are looking for a responsible person to take over the duties of a Community Manager on the Heskera server.
Duties of a CM:
- Advertising the server, getting new players
- Taking care of existing players in-game [answering questions, guiding new players, helping old ones]
Requirements:
- Responsibility - the most important thing. We are NOT looking for teenagers who want to be "cool" and have the power of giving their friends any kind of unfair advantage - we are looking for responsible people who are willing to help with the server, and who enjoy taking care of the player community
- Experience - at least knowing the basic commands and how to behave as a CM [being friendly to players, but not favorizing any of them]
- Decent english - a CM is representing the whole server, if you can't express yourself in correct and understandable english, do not apply. We do not require perfect english, but replies like "me gm me ate spinache, me can not help you no understand" are not welcome
- Commitment - we are not looking for people who log in once a week, ban two players and then log out
We are also looking for a person who will create and take care of the servers website.
Requirements:
- HTML / PHP knowledge
- Experience
The website should be basic, but functional and informative. We do not require any crazy scripting, just the basic layour for now so people can find the server, read what is it all about, and easily contact us
We offer a position on a new, but quickly expanding server and good atmosphere. For now, both positions are volounteer - this might change when the server grows and a donation system is implemented.
