Compiling Compiler 64x

I need a compiler that works in:

Windows Vista Home Premium
Operational system 64x Intel Core i7

I tryed thr Stian's Dev-cpp repack 0.2 (with crypto++ and 64bit) work only to compile the TFS
I want a compiler that can compile all codes that i made.

Look a error with the Stian compiler, when i tryed to compile some code:
