How to compile tfs 0.4 in 64bits?

Get a 64 bit compiler, 64 bit libs and add the "-m64" flag in dev-cpp compiler options.

I know, I expect him to ask for clarification. If he's clever, he might look it up on Google or find one of the many times this has been asked here. If he's not, this will turn out to be a long thread of me getting frustrated because he does not understand anything I post.

Get devcpp from stian the one that supports 64bit
get the correct 64bit libs that actually work with devcpp

after u do that add the flag -m64
