Goto configur.ac and add this optional flag OPTIONAL_FLAGS="-D__WAR_SYSTEM__" and then just compile

you cant get it legally unless u buy it form him, "I don't have money" Do you know what a job is?.

Because jano's war system doesn't allow to be in more than one war... Elf's war system allow a guild to be in war with lots of other guilds, that's why... And also since Jano doesn't updates his war system, Im not interested anymore.
