what tfs are you trying to compile? when did you download sources?

you're 100% sure you picked 1.2 branch and downloaded it? (master branch is not 1.2)

if you're sure that it's 1.2 then go to
project->theforgottenserver properties->c/c++->additional include directories->add each include folder from TFS SDK
project->theforgottenserver properties->linker->additional library directories->add each lib folder from TFS SDK
