Compiling Compiling error [Solved]

whenever i try to compile any TFS
i get this error

1>LINK : fatal error LNK1104: cannot open file 'libboost_system-vc141-mt-1_64.lib'
1>Done building project "theforgottenserver.vcxproj" -- FAILED.

i cant find that [libboost_system-vc141-mt-1_64.lib] in any boost version
