Hello, could somone please compile this server for me - Nostalrius 7.7 (https://otland.net/threads/nostalrius-7-7.262406/)

I want to run it on windows 10

I just want to play offline old tibia on my computer but i've been trying to compile it for the last 2 hours and it's too hard for me.
