Compiling Compiling TFS ! PROBLEM !

I have roblem with compiling tfs 0.4_dev in program dev-c++ 4.9.9.2.
When i try to compiling this engine, i have debug ;x with accounts.cpp.
My aplication was closed, and my compiling was end...
Who can help me?!

it dosent look like you have donation acces!
and you are not doing it with that dev!
