[Compiling] What am I doing wrong?

Not sure if this is the right place to post it but didn't find anyplace more suitable than this.

First of all Just wanna say I followed each step of this tutorial:

And I read the entire post and didn't find any solution.
Hope someone here can help me configure this out.

I'm using the latest TFS sources (as for today..) and I'm using their giving Dev-Cpp (With the included stuff oO)

And I still get an Error-
"cannot find -lboost_regex"

If your not total noob and will read carefull you will compile your ot without any errors.
