Well my first complaint is that somebody started a thread that made a joke out of the thousands that were killed in the protests in Egypt, Bahrain, Libya, etc.., and I received an infraction for defending those who were killed but the other person did not receive an infraction for starting a thread which made a joke out of thousands of dead people. My complaint is that the mods cherry pick who gets infractions and who doesn't, I get an infraction for saying moron, but somebody who makes fun of thousands of dead people doesn't get an infraction. You can't confront someone without risking an infraction for "being offensive". I think that the mods should make up their mind. Either give everybody infractions that deserve them, or stop being such panzees and giving infractions for stupid things.

Stop closing my frigging threads!
I am being fed up with Otland staff, my complaint WAS ABOUT ALL MODS IN GENERAL, and it was no where near solved so THERE IS NO REASON TO CLOSE THE THREAD! This is exactly what I mean, the mods do whatever the hell they want and they try to silence anyone who complains. And you're saying "OtLand is not a dictatorship"? In my complaint thread the thread WAS ACTIVE, there was no vulgar language being used, and there were no racist comments so once again THERE IS NO REASON TO CLOSE IT. Stop trying to silence people who complain MODERATORS. The mods are doing whatever the hell they want.
@Don Daniello, I agree that my infraction was justified, but that means that the other guy should have gotten an infraction for being offensive, which he didn't, and it was BEFORE he apologizied, which still doesn't mean anything. He broke the rules and so did I, but I got punished and he didn't. THAT IS MY COMPLAINT, moderators pick and choose who to be strict on and they ignore other violaters. And then they delete my threads to try and silence me.

The thread was closed by moderator, who stated then we're going in circles. I personally wouldn't close it and now it's justified to open it, but you've already created this thread... I will merge them.
As Delirium said, and I would agree with him, other person should get infracted too. The probable reason for why he wasn't infracted I told you before, it's just the sense of moderator. If you think it is not fair then we can only apologize if any error has been made.
We can come to conclusion that the author of that thread and anyone applicable there should get infracted, but I don't think it is virtually appropriate to give this infraction now. They (I believe) noticed their mistakes (he also apologized), so we should leave it as it is now.
The whole case has drown our attention, I believe that was your intention. Please keep in mind that Migxxx has yet little moderation experience, though I'm sure he'll do his best to improve his judgement.
Accept our apologies then. Can we consider the case closed ?

That's all I wanted. I just want moderators to try their best to be impartial. I accept the apologies, no hard feelings. I also agree that the infraction to Gldnbr is not necessary. I just want moderators to be aware of what they are doing in the future, and I'm also happy for all the responses, sometimes I got the feeling that nobody paid attention to the forum members.
