Config.lua Help Please

Hey Guys

I have a couple of problems i wish somebody could help please:

Players Can Attack when they're level 8 i want to change that to 100 fro example how can I do that ?
And In My Config.Lua I have

redSkullLength = 8 * 24 * 60 * 60
whiteSkullTime = 100 * 300 * 5000

Is that time in seconds or minutes hours ?

Your RedSkullLenght last for 8 days (days, hours, mins, seconds format)
Your WhiteSkullTime lasts for a long time... (mins, seconds, (fractions of second in thousand format))
So if you want WhiteSkullTime to be like 15m then it would be like this = whiteSkullTime = 15 * 60 * 1000

For protection level just find "protectionlevel" in config and change it to 100.
protectionLevel = 100
