I guess its because you removed the "--".

Try to delete notes like:

 NOTE: maxPlayers set to 0 means no limit

Remove the following lines: 16, 17, 32-35, 38, 39, 43, 47, 48, 52, 58, 67, 74, 75, 82, 86, 89, 90, 94.

I have no idea why you removed the "--", if you dont want to remove the lines, just add "--" in front of them.
