Connect to OT's without Ip Changer?

The thread name says it al, how do i connect to an OT without IP changer? Like adding the adress+port to the file itself somehow? (Kinda new on this)

Or use otclient and it is all built in with ipchanger in the client. You can disable it so its only for your ot also
