Connecting to server with Comodo Unite

So, i've been trying to host a server for me and my friends using Comodo unite(its like hamachi) but they cant connect. All they get is "Character list being loaded". Im using Comodo unite because im only hosting this for a short period of time and dont want to open up my ports so don come and suggest that.
We've also disabled all firewalls and antiviruses without any success. Please help.

To be honest, opening your ports could save time and wouldn't hurt at all.
Anyway, have you tried using Hamachi instead?

The problem is my ports wont open even if i do exactly what i should do, is it some kind of block from the firewall or what?
