i have done everything right it loads up into the character list and when i try enter i get this error
if anyone can help it would be good i am still trying to figure this out

open ports? post router config and server config.lua

if you change you ip in ipchanger to localhost can you accses?

vTune i put in ip changer 127.0.0.1 but i think the problem is because on my network it sends ip automatically to my computer

If you are using windows 7 or vista go to start>then command prompt open it as admin
then write the following
ipconfig
some lines should popup like this
Connection-specific DNS Suffix . :
Link-local IPv6 Address . . . . . : fe80::8da7:de5c:a85a:1ead%11
IPv4 Address. . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.1.3
Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.1.1
you can try using the ipv4 adress or the default gateway
