I have unlock ports and I had ots.

You mean you can log into your character list but not ingame?
This can only mean a few things. Or you didn't forwarded port 7172, or you don't have your global ipadres (ip from What Is My IP - Shows Your IP Address) in your config.lua or your gameport in config.lua is not 7172 (gameProtocolPort = 7172).

Removed Vipcheck.lua WORKING!!!!!!! YEAH!!!!!!!

go to

data/talkactions/scripts/Woe/woe.lua
and delete it from talkactions.xml and from scripts
and go to
data/talkactions/scripts/Woe/register_woe.lua
remove it from talkations.xml and from scripts
don't forget to rep ^_^

Connect to your server by using the ip-adress --> "192.168.1.2"
If it still doesn't work IPv4-adress still is "192.168.1.2" and hasn't changed. I had the same problem once, when I tried to connect with 127.0.0.1 or by no-ip.org ip-adresses. Hope it helped!
