Solved Connecting

Hi.
People can connect to the character site but they cant connect to gameworld.
Ports for 7171 and 7172 is open on TCP and UDP..
I dont get whats wrong, can i please get help?

I can even login with my own ip but others doesnt get further than characters

is your firewall off and sure 7171 tcp port is unlock ?
