Windows Connection error

I have this troubles with my connection...
When i try to get online it says (connection refused)
or (Server is offline) (10061).
i start with filling the account spaces on (enter game).
Then it shows my character list and when i choose one to get online it shows the connection error and i don't know why.

I use TFS 0.3.5, 8.5 I have ports 7171, 7172 forwarded

Did you try putting your IP insteadof the local host IP.
like 98.211.45.112
not 127.0.0.1
see if that works

i've been changed my ip adress and it is ot-tampico.servegame.com
and when i start my ot the webpage shows it like "online"
but when i tray to enter with that ip it doesn't work
and my old ip was 189.159.49.31 i really need help :S

I got the same problem and also using 0.3.5, I have had 0.3.4 and 0.2.4 before without any problems... need help also!

how to see it local IP ?
go "run" -> "cmd" -> "ipconfig"
