Connection refused 10061, character list loads?

So close to getting this running now guys please help!

We have our global IP address in the config.lua file and some of my friends are trying to connect.

They apply the global IP to the tibia client and can get their character lists loading up. However when they click a character they get "Connection Refused 10061".

I can log in onto my character but I presume this is because it is on my network/my machine.
All ports (7171, 7172, 80) are all open according to www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/
