connection refused 10061?

Hey otland,
I started a tibia server and my friend is spending the night at my place to work on the server,
he brought over his laptop and hes trying to connect to my server, he keeps getting this error:

connection refused :10061

or something along those lines..
hes tried connecting to pretty much every possible ip...
he tried 192.168.2.69(my static ip) 192.168.2.1, 127.0.0.1, my computers ip and hes tried my servers ip..
still no luck, can anyone help with this problem? if you can it would be greatly appreciated,
especially since hes only here for the night!, anyways thanks.

Edit: hes connected to my router through wireless, and we tried both wired and wireless connections but we still cant figure
out the problem, can anyone help?

In config.lua, if you want others in your LAN to access your server, set the IP to your local IP 192.168... then restart server. Make sure it is the correct local IP to server computer.
