Connection Refused after some time!?

Hi,

The connection of the server goes off after some time like after 1-2 days when the server started.
What could be the problem of this?
The server uses;
-OS: Linux ubuntu 10.0.4
-Webserver: Lighttpd
-64 bit
-12 gb ddr3 ram

There was also one time such an error like this, maybe this could be the reason why the server connection goes off.
