I am managing modern aac system and inside the guide i am following there's written that i should have created a character by myself ingame plus account manager.

It has passed a little bit since i connected last time and i didn't remember that it appeared this:

NOTE: It appears when i try to log in and the screen freeze at "Your character list is being loaded. Please wait."

What could it be?
