what do these packets do?
Network packet.
I'm guessing the packets that are received and sent by TFS are packets that contain information such as casted spells, used items, conditions, reactions, messages, etc. So this guy is probably slamming all of his hotkeys at once while being spammed on a char board. Or he is botting.
