What TFS distro are you using (0.3, 0.4, 0.2, 1.0)? (Not Tibia version).

It's in the source, what you compiled to your .exe file.
If you didn't compile it yourself, go to where you downloaded the server, the download link of the source should be there aswell.

Okay, since it's 1.0, all the constants are in the sources, like @Limos said. If you absolutely must change them, then the two links I showed would be starting points, however, unless you know what you're doing, I highly advise against it.
