Converting map from 7.92 to higher version

Can any of you convert the map from the Zorzin OTServ 1.1 (XML).zip to any higher version (8.x or 10+) to me? I tried but I always get red thing... and I want to know if there is any easier way to make it "correct" instead of manually replacing everything
