Lua Cooldown Bug

Hellp guys, i need your help!

In my server, on my spells.xml i have set the exhaustion of sd = 1000, but its dont work.. the exhaustion dont changed in game, still 2 secs..

But when i disabled cooldown in config lua, the exhaustion work 1 sec.

I think cooldown bug? Can you help me? I using tfs 0.3.7 9.8

I'm not too sure but if you're trying to spam using the default tibia hotkeys i think the clients hotkeys themselves have a cooldown
