On my poketibia server, spell cooldowns are being reduced inside the pokeballs, so players will just use all the spells of one pokemon and move on to the next, until they use the spells of all 6 pokemons and the spells of the first one would already be ready again.
This would mean that there would be no mechanics at all.
Does anyone know where this is located, and how can I make it so that the spells no longer recharge inside the pokeballs, but only when the pokemon is outside.
