Cooldowns??

It hasn't been decided, that's why the Spells page doesn't work on the website yet. Actually it's more about if we can finish them in time than actually deciding, because the server is 9.53 so the spells should updated, but if we can't finish them in time they'll be as they were on SoftCores until we have updated them.
