Copy DATABASE (XAMPP)

Hey guys, little stupid question
But have can i copy my database including players, accounts, items?
I use xampp please wrote it From A to Z

When i click eksport i have txt file, okay i paste it in SQL and i have many errors..

make sure u are exporting the entire database, use .sql format instead of .txt
