Could someone help me with C++ compiling error?

When I am trying to rebuild this project I receive information seen on the screen. I am no any coder so don't really know what to do with it. A lot of the times when I edit this error appears... and google don't say much.

luaopen_loadlib is not declared in your scope, probably misconfigured project or the wrong version of libraries.

PS: Don't use outdated engines, you will have more issues with packages and stuff.
If you are new use the main branch, because if you try to cut corners you will end up with even more issues.
