This problem comes inside the server, if i close the server (/ closeserver) the process is stabilized, is a problem with an script or function.

Maybe it's caused by a player, but i dont know what is the problem.

Can you tell my on which distribution do you host it ? and are you sure that you compiled your server in 100% ?

if it's a problem with a script/function and you're getting no errors, you need to go through and remove functions one by one until you find the problem
